Event Video Production & Photography
An event happens once. The planning takes months. The budget is significant. The people in the room will not be in that room together again. Most organizations capture that with a handful of phone photos and a volunteer with a camera. The event ends and the only thing that survives is whatever people happened to remember.

A Year of Content
The Ron Paul Institute has hired SMP three years running to cover their annual conference.
An Event Happens Once. Most of It Disappears.
Months of planning and a significant budget produce a single day. Phone photos and a volunteer with a camera are what most organizations end up with to document it. The people in the room will not be in that room together again.
The content opportunity closes when the event ends. Without professional coverage, the energy, the speakers, and the moments that matter fade the moment the doors close.
Coverage That Keeps Working After the Room Clears
SMP covers business and organizational events with professional video and photography so the event produces assets that keep working long after the room clears. Recap videos for social and website use. Edited speaker sessions for the organizations that want the content preserved.
Promotional video for next year's registration and sponsorship push. Photography for press, marketing, and internal use. The event is the shoot day. The content it produces has a life measured in months and years.
Events We've Covered
SMP has covered conferences, company anniversaries, grand openings, and corporate events across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and nationwide.
Ron Paul Institute
The Ron Paul Institute has hired SMP for three consecutive years to provide video and photography coverage of their annual conference in Dulles, Virginia. The two-day event draws roughly 300 attendees. SMP delivers edited speaker sessions, a full event recap video, and event photography. In 2025, the Institute expanded the engagement to include an additional day covering their Summer Scholars program, along with a promotional video built to drive enrollment and encourage sponsor participation for the following year. Three consecutive years of repeat hire is the outcome that matters here. Event coverage is a trust business. An organization does not bring the same crew back for a third year unless the work delivers.

Burke Home Services
Burke Home Services marked 20 years in business with a company anniversary event. SMP covered the day with video and photography, producing a full event recap video and a set of edited photographs. The anniversary content became part of a broader campaign for Burke that included a brand video, recruitment videos, and customer testimonials. The event coverage gave the company a milestone moment captured and preserved, along with photo and video assets used across their marketing throughout the following year.

Erin Resilience Business Coaching
Erin Resilience Business Coaching hired SMP to cover a single-day business event with 90 attendees. The engagement included an introductory video produced in advance to open the event, plus full-day video and photography coverage and an event recap video. The pre-event intro video is worth noting. Organizations planning an event often need content before the doors open, not only after. SMP produces both.

Diamond Eagle Tax Services
Diamond Eagle Tax Services hired SMP to cover their employee kickoff event. SMP delivered edited photography and a full event recap video from the single-day engagement. Internal events are frequently overlooked as a content opportunity. A kickoff, an awards night, or a team celebration produces recruitment content, culture content, and internal communication assets that a company can use all year.

Kevin Kendell's State Farm Insurance
Kevin Kendell's State Farm Insurance office hired SMP to cover their grand opening. SMP delivered event photography and a recap video from the single-day engagement. A grand opening happens once. The content produced from that day introduces a new location to a community and gives the business a launch asset for social media, local press, and its website.

Event Coverage Formats
Event recap video (60-90 seconds)
A fast-paced highlight of the full event covering the energy, the people, the speakers, and the moments that mattered. Built for social distribution, website placement, and next-year promotion. This is the most requested event deliverable.
Edited speaker sessions
Full-length or edited talks captured with professional audio and multiple camera angles. For conferences and educational events where the content itself has value beyond the room. Organizations use these for member libraries, on-demand access, and post-event marketing.
Event photography
Professional coverage of the venue, the attendees, the speakers, and the details. Delivered edited and organized. Available bundled with video coverage or as a standalone service.
Pre-event promotional video
Content produced before the event to drive registration, attract sponsors, and build attendance. Built from previous-year footage where available or produced fresh. The Ron Paul Institute uses this format to support enrollment and sponsorship for their Summer Scholars program.
Event intro video
A short piece produced in advance to open the event, set the tone, and frame what attendees are about to experience. Plays on screen as the event begins.
Multi-day conference coverage
Full coverage across multiple days with a crew capable of running video and photography simultaneously. SMP has covered two-day conferences with 300 attendees, plus expanded engagements adding additional program days.
Our Process for Event Coverage
Discovery Call
SMP identifies the event type, date, venue, expected attendance, and which deliverables matter most. Events have fixed dates and no second chances, so this conversation happens as early as possible.
